6. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and sanitary regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare or fragrance items.

Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior approval. See our full Return Policy for details.

All website content including logos, designs, images, graphics, and text is the exclusive property of JaySha Skincare. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you agree to waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
