Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JaySha Skincare! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing times may be extended due to:

  • High order volume

  • Severe weather

  • Supply chain delays

  • Carrier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JaySha Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

JaySha Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand!
