JaySha Skincare Return Policy

At JaySha Skincare, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the personal nature of skincare and fragrance products, we maintain strict sanitary standards to ensure the safety and integrity of our items.

All sales are final on opened or used skincare and eau de toilette products.

However, we do accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery, provided the seal is intact and the product is in its original packaging.

We also accept returns or exchanges if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

Please email us at contact@jayshaskincare.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product(s)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
